All of our personalised water bottle range can be made unique by adding the name of your choosing, up to 16 characters, but of course, this is completely optional and up to you!
Each of our stainless steel water bottles are double walled to keep your hot or cold drinks at the perfect temperature in any weather.
Our personalised insulated water bottles hold up to 500ml and have the designs printed all the way around the water bottle, with the main image on two sides.

We do our utmost to match the colours and make your mug look stunning, although we can take no responsibility for colour variations and differences in appearance. We will spell any writing as received. Each water bottle is personalised and therefore non-refundable. Candles and other image props are not included. This listing is for one water bottle only.
Care Instructions:
The bottles are not suitable for the dishwasher and must be hand washed only. The bottles should be dried only with a cloth and not left to air dry. Surface stains may appear if the bottle has not been looked after correctly and this is not a fault with the bottle.Any name showed on the products in the image are display names and do not come as standard on the product. If you require any personalisation you must provide this even if the name is the same as shown in the image.
Personalisation Instructions:
All Personalisation on our items is completely optional and up to you. Character limits for personalisation are displayed within the personalisation form. The personalisation form can be found as a drop down option above the quantity drop down box before you add to basket.
Special characters are not able to be included in the personalisation of your items. Any special characters included will not be printed on your item.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
